€25k to €60k, fixed fee and fixed scope. You see the number before you sign anything. Everything I install during the Build belongs to you, running on open standards in your own cloud, so nothing proprietary traps you here if you decide to walk.
If the first agent I ship during the Build hasn't paid for itself within 12 months of running, I keep refunding the AgentOps retainer until it does. If it doesn't work, that's my problem to eat, not yours.
